这看起来可能有些过于死板,但是避免了在那些白发苍苍的资深顾问身上花费太多时间。他们很有可能是合伙人级别的,并且他们接触了太多的潜在申请者,除非你们是非常亲密的关系,或者你和其他的申请者非常不同,否则你很难在众多申请者中脱颖而出。

需要做的

与至少四到五个consultant会面。

当你和他们交谈的时候,你一定要用全名来介绍自己。这是最重要的,因为这样可以让他们在筛选简历的时候记住你的名字。然后问几个有趣的,开放式的问题。停留时间最好不要好过十分钟,除非你们关系真的特别好。
